Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
How much is shipping?
For items stocked in our Australian warehouse they will be sent out using AusPost standard shipping and the cost will depend on the weight of the order. These items will arrive in 2 - 5 working days.
Items from our international warehouses, suppliers, partners or manufactures will be shipped free with ePacket shipping (fastest worldwide small packet shipping) and will arrive in 5 - 15 working days. Once ePacket arrives in Australia it is handed over to AusPost and can be tracked on the AusPost website.
If you buy an item from our Australian warehouse and another from an international location in the same order you will only be charged shipping for the Australian located item.
We ship from multiple locations but you will only ever be charged one single standard shipping rate but may receive multipule packages.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout when you enter your address and country.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Our goal is to offer you the best
shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds
of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels
of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is
divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification,
tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the
supplier/warehouse/manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the
order is placed. The supplier/warehouse/manufacturer and the postal service
process the orders, which can take an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the
time it takes for items to be shipped from our
supplier/warehouse/manufacturer to the destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders (including international orders) can be tracked via the website tracking page using your order number or email.

International orders are sent via ePacket shipping (fastest worldwide small packet shipping) and update tracking less often during transport. Delivery times are approximately 5-15 business days from the date the order is dispatched.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Refund, return or exchange
In order to refund, return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in a good condition.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)
